This policy applies to all physical products sold by Paragon Records, including CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, T-shirts, and magazines.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there are any delays, customers will be notified by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Both shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items During Shipping
Paragon Records is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Customers are encouraged to select shipping insurance at checkout if desired.

Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Final
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used CDs, vinyl records, or cassettes (unless defective)

  • Worn or washed T-shirts

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or defective)
